Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm

Manjit Kooner who is the Site and Land Rights Manager for Westermost Rough was involved in the sale of 50% of the Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm.
She represented Westermost Rough Limited in the property aspects of the sale and worked closely with the M&A and Projects teams on the due diligence requested by the investors.
This deal required a tremendous amount of hard work and expertise which Manjit provided helped by her legal background.
The investors will each acquire a 25 per cent ownership share in Westermost Rough for a total cash consideration of approximately GBP 240 million.
