Background
ISO 9001 is an International Quality Management System Standard that specifies requirements within which an organisation demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products or services to meet customer and legal requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and opening the way to continual improvement.
ISO 14001:2004 is an internationally recognized standard that emphasizes the continuous improvement of an environmental management system (EMS). The standard specifies requirements for an environmental management system that enables an organisation to develop and implement a policy which meets legal requirements and manages environmental impact.
18001:2007 emphasizes the continuous improvement of an occupational health and safety management system (OHS). The standard specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which considers both legal requirements and known hazards and risks.
