James is our Substation Layout Design team leader and Technical Director of Electrical Engineering. James has over 20 years’ experience with substation projects and has previously worked with international power companies. James’ knowledge and attention to detail with regards to substation layouts is highly valued by our clients. James’ substation design experience allows him to effectively manage the production of substation primary plant layouts and elevations, HV cable route studies and bespoke equipment support structures used in electrical substations.

Manjit is our Legal Director. She is a qualified solicitor and worked in private practice for a number of years before joining us. Manjit supports and provides legal advice and services to the group companies and is a part of the senior management team.  Manjit also manages large scale energy projects, with a specialism in offshore wind. Her legal background helps her to successfully manage the legal and consents side of the projects, dealing and negotiating with landowners, agents, solicitors and other energy companies.

Ronnie is our Scottish Office General Manager and Head of Civil Engineering, based in Perth. With over 35 years of experience within the energy sector in the UK and ROI, in Network Operations and Contracting, he has an extensive knowledge base across the civil and electrical requirements of HV Substation and Wind Farm projects. This knowledge base, together with his project management and process improvement skills provides a solid basis for clients seeking timely and economic solutions to their project needs.

Jon is our Project Management and Administration Team Leader. Jon’s experience of over 30 years’ as a project engineer with international power companies provides him with a wide range of experience and skills to assist clients with their project delivery aims. Jon’s experience in the industry allows him to liaise with land owners, clients, and approving bodies, produce risk assessments and method statements, manage quality assurance, health and safety, as well as overall project management.
